    Each of these is fully explained to you, and presented to you in writing so there are never any questions as to what is, and is not covered.

VENTURE SHIELD PAINT AND CHIP PROTECTION FILM

This product was developed by an Australian company during the Gulf War and applied to the rotor blades of our military helicopters to prevent chipping and abrasion from the sand.  We can apply it to the leading edge surfaces of your car to protect against stones and other flying debris.


TIRE AND WHEEL ROAD HAZARD PROTECTION

Roads in our area are often in bad condition.  There are potholes, construction zones and numerous other road hazards just waiting to puncture a tire or damage one of your expensive alloy wheels.  This package offers full replacement cost reimbursement for any tire or wheel damaged by a road hazard for a full five years.  If you use this for just one wheel during that five year period it will pay for itself!

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PACKAGE

This special paint protection and sealant package contains Dupont Teflon, designed to protect your new vehicle's paint from environmental hazards like acid rain, tree sap, bird droppings and the UV rays from the sun.  We also apply a special leather/fabric guard to the interior of your vehicle to protect the seats and carpets from common spills such as coffee, soft drinks, french fry grease and baby formula.  This package is guaranteed for five years, unlimited mileage.

  GAP INSURANCE

This is available only to customers who are financing their new vehicle through Shearer Acura or Volkswagen/Audi South Burlington.  For a small upfront payment, the GAP insurance company will pay the difference between what you owe and what your auto insurance company is willing to pay in the event you have an accident and your car is totaled.  We recommend this to anyone who is taking out a loan with little or no money down.


  LOST KEY PROTECTION

Replacement services will be provided in the event of a customer losing or damaging a key or key fob. The replacement service is provided at no charge up to $750 per occurrence on any Acura, Audi or Volkswagen model.
